Au Pair School Survey
Each week, every au pair is asked to complete a short survey rating her/his experience at the Training School. We use this information is important feedback for both our staff and teachers and allows us to measure the quality of the overall experience as well as to make improvements on campus.
Overall experience and staff
More than 94% of au pairs have felt welcome and well supported by staff at the Cultural Care Training School.

Classes, workshops and teachers
Over the last 3 years, au pairs have consistently rated class sessions, workshops, the Cultural Care workbook and teacher performance with 95-100% satisfaction.

Dormitories and meals
While the campus and meals offered at the Au Pair Training school are consistent with an American college dorm experience, it is not to everyone's liking. Half to two thirds of all au pairs are satisfied with the dormitories as well as the meal options offered and Cultural Care will continue to make improvements to increase the satisfaction rate in this area.

Recent Improvements
Based on feedback we have received through the survey filled out by au pairs, we have recently made some improvements to the Au Pair Training School. Here are some examples:
- Improved lobby set-up in main dormitory for a more welcoming feel
- Placed small reading lights above each bed
- Added an extra pillow on each bed
- Replaced all cafeteria chairs
- Added toasters in cafeteria
- Added more items to cafeteria meals for greater variety-soups, taco bar, etc.
- Added hot chocolate/French vanilla latte machine in cafeteria
- Installed timed air-fresheners in each bathroom
- Replaced changing room furniture
- Installed soap and shampoo dispensers in each shower stall
- Added wireless internet access in recreation rooms of each of the dorms
- Added additional lighting on walking paths
- Installed ceiling fans in the cafeteria
